MyLapLog Terms of Service

1. Motorsport Safety & Trackday Disclaimer (서킷 주행 안전 및 면책 고지)

• No Driving Distraction: Drivers must never look at, tap, or configure mobile devices or telemetry screens while operating a vehicle on the circuit or in live pit lanes. All configurations must be executed in safe, designated paddock zones.
• Absolute Circuit Authority: Official race track rules, flag marshal signals, pit speed regulations, and local circuit safety staff directions supersede any information, timer, or alert displayed by MyLapLog.
• Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability: You acknowledge and agree that your participation in track days is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall MyLapLog, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any vehicle accidents, collision damage, mechanical breakdowns, track penalties, personal injuries, or fatalities arising out of or related to your use of this service.

2. Description of Platform Services (서비스의 내용)

MyLapLog provides digital telemetry and vehicle setup utilities including:

• High-accuracy sub-sampled GPS Lap Timer with dynamic circuit finish line detection.
• FIA/National regulation Pit Lane countdown target timer and stop-and-go enforcement monitoring.
• 4-wheel Cold vs Hot tire pressure (ΔPSI) and suspension damper setup logging.
• Racelogic .VBO telemetry export and CSV data extraction for post-session engineering analysis.
• Standing start (F1 reflex light sequence) and rolling start reaction time simulator tools.
• Technical motorsport guides, track driving line archives, and vehicle dynamics insights.

3. User Accounts and Authentication (계정 및 가입)

Users may access auxiliary tools anonymously or register an account via Google Identity Services (OAuth) or email authentication to enable multi-device synchronization and permanent telemetry cloud backup.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining control over your device session.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and refrain from impersonating any individual or team.
• Users have the unconditional right to terminate their account and permanently wipe all telemetry history at any time via the Account Deletion Portal.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property (데이터 소유권 및 지식재산권)

Driver Telemetry Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all personal lap times, tire logs, damper adjustments, and setup notes you record on MyLapLog. We do not sell or lease your proprietary race setup data to third parties.

Platform Intellectual Property: All software code, algorithms, UI designs, brand marks, and technical articles published on MyLapLog are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or systematic automated scraping of platform assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Actions (금지 행위)

When utilizing MyLapLog, drivers and visitors agree not to:

• Falsify, spoof, or tamper with GPS lap times or leaderboards through artificial packet injection.
• Deploy automated crawlers, bots, or scrapers that place unreasonable load on our cloud infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our Amazon Web Services (AWS) database or backend API endpoints.
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable local laws, circuit regulations, or public road traffic rules. (Trackday features must NEVER be deployed on public roads).

6. Advertising & Third-Party Integration (광고 및 제3자 제휴)

To maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure and sustain free telemetry tools for grassroots drivers, MyLapLog displays advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense.

• Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve relevant ads based on prior visits. Details on cookie governance and opt-out mechanisms are available in our Privacy Policy.
• Third-party sponsor links or external circuit references do not constitute an explicit endorsement of third-party products by MyLapLog.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & "AS-IS" Provision (보증의 부인)

GPS accuracy, satellite constellation reception, and device hardware timing resolution vary by mobile chipset and track atmospheric conditions. While we implement high-order sub-millisecond interpolation algorithms, MyLapLog cannot guarantee uninterrupted GPS signal coverage or absolute parity with transponder loop systems installed by circuit operators.

8. Amendments & Service Updates (약관 변경)

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms to reflect engineering improvements, regulatory compliance, or platform adjustments. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued usage of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law (준거법)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
